KBELL Program Minimum - Week Three/Day Four

Start: 7:42am
Finish: 8:05am

Warm Up: 4:30 KB warm up
Practice: dropped it today

Get Ups: 5:30 alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.

Thoughts: I got started late this morning, thus the shortened warm up. I also shortened the stretching - I did 7:30.

Goofy week coming up again, so I may head back to the gym on Sunday and see what I can squeeze in.
