Sitting Lat Raises: 12x10,10x15,8x25,6x30
Preacher curls: 10x60,8x95,6x120
Tricep Extensions: 10x60,8x95,6x120
Close Grip Bench: 12x135,10x155,8x1756x185

THEN MY BROTHER POPS OFF AND CHALLENGES MY MAX BENCH
tried once on 275 failed almost but failed, he tried failed, I decided to try again got it up after a lil help to straighten it out from the decent, brother tried failed

Mind: SIKED!
Body: Ready for rest lol 3 straight workout days sure makes you REAL TIRED lol
