kudos, cardio and shoulders

Got compliments from gym manager yesterday..that kept me on track, lol. Went home and ate my asparagus and chicken... last night I did another 45 minutes of cardio, 25 minutes elliptical hills and 20 min upright bike. Brian decided that since I don't lift on wednesdays I could do two cardio sessions...if it keeps the definition coming..CAN DO :) Have had a lot of positive feedback from people this week...so maybe this weekend I will take some progress pics and actually post them...we'll see...the camera can be so unkind.
Worked shoulders today with Brian..strength down, but today is 4th low carb day and all that cardio yesterday...and who knows? my upper back is really tight today. I think tension about some things going on personally..should be better after tomorrow.

prone supermans last set drop today Brian decides to hold his hands up so I have to lift even higher...told him he should stand on a chair so I can aim for his junk....
No shrugs no shrugs no shrugs :P and today I was told I am going to make some people jealous with my calves, men and women, lol.
Will be doing cardio tonight.
