Last day before a 4 days weekend (my own personal 4 day weekend)

How about two workouts in one. Last night I did back and chest:
Assisted pullups: 4 sets; 8x80,6x70,5x70,5x70
Cable Rows: 3 sets; 10x70,8x70,12x60
Pushdowns: 3 sets; 12x30 all
Bench press: 4 sets; 12x65,8x75,5x75,5x75 (I want to be strong like KC!)
Incline dumbbell press: 3 sets; 12x25,10x25,11x25
I dropped the left dumbbell on the second set and yelled $#!T...the guy next to me told it would be better not to turn the dumbbells so my palms are facing at the top and said maybe I should use lighter weights and more reps! I said I don't want to.)
PecDec: 3 sets 8x50 all
This morning:
DB Squats w/OH Press 3 sets 12x20,12x20,12x20
Split squats with lateral raise 3 sets 12x15,12x15,12x15--
Front squats 3 sets 12x65
Superset with front raises 3 sets 12x12
SLDL w/rear delt row- 3 sets 12x65,9x65,9x65,5x64 (did these without straps and my grip gave out on last two sets before I could complete 12 reps of each move).
Breakfast: oatmeal and 2 whole eggs scrambled in the mic.
