Last day for a while

Okay, so this is my last log entry for my heavy cycle, which ended on Saturday. I'm taking a week off, then it's on to a light cycle, before I hit another heavy cycle before the Olympia.

Listed are my heaviest lift for that particular session; all subsequent sets are lighter:

Deadlifts (off the rack-below the knee): 650 x 2
HS High Rows: 500 x 6
Seated Cable rows: 220 x 8
(Warm-up triceps - close reverse grip bench: 135 x 10)
HS Dips: 500 x 6
Close parallel grip (football bar) bench: 220 x 8
Rope Cable pushdowns: 150 x 8
