12/31/08: My last workout for the year. I am proud of the fact that I have stuck to working out 3 to 4 days a week for the last 2 months. That was 2 months longer than the last 20 years. Feeling better.
5 min bike,
twisting crunches 20,
hanging leg tucks 20,
Nautilus lower back extensions 20 @ 130 lbs, 10 @ 160
Nautilus abs machine crunches 20 @ 130 lbs, 10 @ 160
deep squats 18 @ 60 lbs,
inclined dumbbell flys 20 @ 20 lbs, 10 @ 25
hyperextension 20,
bent over dumbbell laterals 15 @ 15 lbs,
machine biceps curls 12 @ 70 lbs,
close grip push ups 20,
18 min treadmill HR 135 avg,
I hope everyone has a safe New Year. Remember that a cab is probably less than $60, a room around $200, A first DUI will cost over $20K if no one is hurt. Be smart.
