DB Squats w/OH Press 4 sets 12x20,12x20,12x20
Split squats with lateral raise 3 sets 12x15,12x15,12x15--
SLDL w/rear delt row- 3 sets 12x65
Front squats 3 sets 12x50
Superset with front raises 3 sets 12x10
Abs:
3 sets 20 with 10 lb. weight;
3 sets 15 leg raises with stability ball between ankles.
No cardio--had to go food shopping for the weekend and Christmas.
Diet: Well, besides the baklava and the See's (yes, more See's)?
