In bench 135x10 155x10 175x10 185x5
IN DB Flyes 40x12 45x10 50x10
Hammer strenght plated loaded 3 sets for 10 reps

Tri dips 4 sets 10 10 10 8
kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
pressdowns/rope pull downs-3 sets of 10/15 reps

Hammer strenght sh press machine 50x15 70x10 90x10
Lateral raises ( side and front and rear super setted)
20x10 25x10 30x10
Rear delts I used 40xqo 45x10 50x10
Shrugs-225x10 315x10 405x10 495x10 585x10 605x10 PR never hit 10 good solid reps for that weight. Feels awesome!!!!!

Susposed to do legs tomorrow, traps may not hold the bar.....LOL holy hell they are sore
