Assisted pullups did 4 sets 3 with 10 reps and one at 8 reps(lowered the assistance there)
V grip cable rows 75x10 120x10 135x10 150x10
lat pull downs 135x10 150x10 185x10 195x5
hammer strength row one arm at a time 2 plates 10 reps 3 plates 10 reps 4 plates 10 reps

Assisted chins 5 reps 3 sets each
BB curls 70x10 80 x10 90x10
DB curls 30x10 35x10 40x10
Con Curls 20x10 x2 25x10x2
Hammer curls 30x10 40x10 25x10

ALl that in 45 mins! Yeah baby sore and tight tonight!
