Chins (plams facing me)
3 sets of 6 reps(using a machine to give a bit of help)
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x10 455x10 495x8 545x5 585x3 (damm bar bent near the ends and kept hitting the rack!)
Lat pull downs 105x10 125x10 155x5
