Last Week of FLIII

Giant Set 1:
Front Squats: 4 sets, 85x10,80x10x3
Underhand lat pulldown: 120x10x4 (wow, getting stronger!)
Step ups: 60x10x4
DB Push Press: 25x10x4

Giant Set 2:
Squats: 95x20x2 (I confess I did two quick sets of ten for the first set, on the second set stopped at fifteen for a breath and carried on to complete the last five).
Wide grip lat pulldown: 80x20x2
Step ups: 30x20x2
DB Press: 15x20 both sets

Okay, just one more each of workouts A & B they on to hypertrophy!

Life is about to get crazy. I will soon start working part-time at 24 Hr Fitness which means from 6-9 p.m. MT & ThF and 5 hours each Saturday and Sunday. This is, of course, in addition to my regular 8-5 job. My goal is to become a full-time trainer by January and quit my current job. My workout schedule will probably change since I most likely won't have the energy to get up at 4 a.m. during the week. We'll see.
