Barbell Incline
12x95, 6x135, 5x185, 3x205
I would have reached my target reps of 4 on my last set, however my wife was spotting me. Apparently her idea of spotting is deadlifting the bar off of me at the first sight of struggle. We discussed the proper way to spot afterwards.
Dumbell Flat Bench Presses
12x30, 6x60, 5x70, 4x85
I initially planned on doing 4x80 on my last set, but, my wife called me a pussy and told me to go up 5 lbs. I hate her.
Dumbell Decline Presses
12x35, 6x65, 5x75, 4x85
