Late Entries for Tues thru today got to stay on top of this

Tuesday felt good for work out, cardio was painful just getting over e room visit on Sunday for COPD exasperation. Started Supplements.1.5 miles in 25 minutes I used to call that jogging now it's more like running. I was asked to be the A/Coach for daughters soccer team.

Wednesday Work out good,energy level is great. Lungs clearer 1.6 miles in 25 minutes Legs are sore. Had an additional 40 minutes of cardio doing soccer homework with my daughter. Tried to see how the workout would change without back injury now my schedules don't match what's on site. I'll keep the same workout for week one and get back on track for week two.

Thursday energy good work out was good. Legs quite sore Cardio better 1.7 miles in 25 minutes. Additional cardio during 2 hour soccer practice. Boy am I having fun now. Usually have lost approximately 5 lbs by this point in a program. I've only lost 2 lbs so far supplements are working.
