Lazy Wednesday

Today's workouts:

Am cardio turbo jam cardio party 40 minutes

Abs - 'ab ripper 200' dvd

pm cardio walked the dogs and cleaned the house (hmm, does it count???)

Food today:

Somehow breakfast got delayed and I see now that I will be a meal short again, I hope this doesn't effect my fat loss too much...

7:50 am
2 scoops whey, tbsp Udo's
1/2c oats, cinnamon, butter buds, sugar twin

10:20
5 oz chicken
1/2c brown rice

1:15
5 oz chicken
1/2c brown rice

4:45ish
5 oz turkey
3 oz sweet potato
broccoli

and around 8 i will make 2 eggs, 4 whites and 1 tbsp oil....
