Today was no good because I had a weak breakfast and as we all know hardcore training especially legs is pretty tough without a solid meal in ya!

Treadmill (warm-up)
10 minutes + stretching

Lying Leg Curls (warm-up)

Squats

Leg Press
360 x 20
540 x 15
720 x 12
900 x 10
990 x 6

Straight Leg Deadlifts
45 x 15
135 x 10
185 x 10
205 x 8
225 x 5

Single Leg Extensions
60 x 15
80 x 12
100 x 10
110 x 8
120 x 6

My stomach was not feeling to well.. so I ended it there.
