Leg Day

Legs, what can be said about them except that to train them is to truly grow as a lifter!
Squats 135x10 185x10 225x10 275x7 305x2(missed 6 reps there)
135x10(nice slow 2 sec pause at bottom)
Leg press (weight listed in number of plates used on each side) 2x10 3x10 4x10 5x10 35lb plates added here for 7 reps.
Leg ext 85x10 100x10 125x10 85x10(each ext held for a 2 sec count)
Ham string curl 70x10 90x10 110x10 130x10
calf raises (on leg press machine 3sets of 10 reps).

Highlights: finally hit over 300 even if it was just 2 reps.

Lowlights missed 6 reps at 305! Next time baby!
