Leg day

Came close to puking today, but i think more from my supps than from exertion, hard to tell...

leg ext 4 sets, last one dropped

seated hamstring 3 sets last one dropped

Leg press 3 sets, last one stripset starting at 540...like going through labor
superset with
shawn squats

lying db hamstring curls 3 sets

seated calf raise 3 sets with stripset on last...

got to that point where you are shaking and trying to breath so you don't puke after the leg press stripset..gutted it out and managed not to hurl :)

Going to do cardio this evening.
