Leg Day

Had to crank Metallica on the way to the gym to get myself going...not feeling up to a brutal leg day....o well, no choice.
Warm-ups not included no rest between sets except before the dropsets

leg ext 120X12, 140X10, dropset 160X10 140X10, 100X10
wallsits 30 sec hold
SS
leg press 360X12, 450X10, dropset 540X8 450X8 360X8 270X8 180X8 (chanting unstoppable, unstoppable unstoppable in my head)(hate to say..its getting easier)
shawn squats 3 sets 15
Todays finishing form of torture was
SS
step ups on bench w 20lb db's 3 sets 12
jump squats 3 sets 15
man I hate brian.
But afterwards some woman I have never seen before said "you were awesome over there today" makes it all worth it....almost.lol
