Was brutal but not as bad as last week :) I think Im officially better!

leg ext 140X10, 160X10, dropset 180X8/140X8/100X8
wallsits 3 sets 30 sec hold

SS
leg press 360X12, 450X10, drop 540X8/450X8/360X8/270X8/180X8/90x8 fuck
shawn squats 3 sets 15

SS
step ups 3 sets 12/per leg with 20's
walking lunges 3 sets w/55lbs all the way up and down

I did 16 min cardio before my workout, will do my 45 tonight.
