Leg day! 5 sets not fun, lol

Really struggled through it today, going to do calves tomorrow or saturday because we ran out of time and because I was an idiot and did all that plyo yesterday :)

Not including warm-ups:

SS:
Squats 5 sets 225X6 tried to go for depth, these are NOT getting any easier, lol.
SLDL DB's 80'sX6, 7,7, 8,8 going to have to start using my straps for these, grip is limiting the number of reps i can get

SS:
Leg press 5 sets 540X6 feeling the plyo from yesterday :(
Lying DB leg curls 50X8, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8

SS:
Leg ext 160X6, 6, 8, 8, 8, :) powered through these like there was no weight on at all :D
Seated leg curl 160X6 all 5 sets, no extra sass there, lol

I did stay and do my cardio because i was afraid i would weasel out if it later. 30 minutes elliptical in THR zone.

Push through cardio song of the day "Mama said knock you out" by LL Cool J (I know,I am a big dork here :p)
