Leg day after Turkey day..what was I thinking?

Ugh. Got to bed at 11:15 last night, got up at 5:30 made it to my 6AM workout...its a miracle i didn't hurl during my workout today - still feel full from last night's feast!

My horoscope today, lol :

shawn squats 3 sets 15 brian usually stands in front of me on these, today he stood off to the side because he didn't want to get hit when I puked...

goodness. Now maybe I can follow my horoscopes advice and chill...not really tho, helping my sister move boxes today...
