Leg day - the most fun you will ever hate....

Due to a scheduling snafu..we had half an hour to do what we usually get done in a little under an hour..so my dumb a** pipes up with "why don't we do it circuit style?"...did I mention I am a dumba**? lol
4 times through, increasing weight every time through, with a stripset on the last set fo leg press...
Nonstop excitement!
Leg ext
Seated hamstring curl
Leg press
Shawn squats
And then 3 times through with a dropset on the last set of calf raises:
Lying hamstring DB curls
Seated calf raises
Doing cardio after was...ummm, yeah, fun.
35 minutes elliptical in THR zone.
Pull out the nergy and finish strong song today - "Get it on the floor" DMX
Derek cut my calories to 1600 and so far...hungry!! but this morning I woke up in a swaet again, so I think it is kicking my metabolism up again...
