LEG DAY - walking should be fun tomorrow...

and horse back riding tomorrow, lets not even think that far ahead yet....

Brian pushed me hard today..as usual. It went like this...3 sets of everything, most ending in dropsets...

Leg ext ended up somewhere in the neighborhood of 180 for start of dropset at the last set...

Leg curl again ending around 180 at start of dropset..

Leg press...ended up with 6 plates a side for last set, stripset down to last two plates and unable to get up out of leg press for a few minutes...glad I don't eat much before this workout. The stripset is like going through labor again. F*ck

Shawn squats...a little less torturous than last week..which means he will up the number next week or add in wall sits as a superset.

lying leg curls 3 sets 12 with 50...like a mini-vacation :)

Seated calf rasie. I don't want to think about how much weight was on it. last set was a dropset...people nearby looked scared, lol.

Stayed and did my cardio 30 min in thr zone on elliptical...
