Calves..
(warmup)...20xbar, 20x135
Sets....20x180,20x180,15x200(these are done on the smith machine with an aerobic step under me for max depth. The Smith or bar is not counted as weight, just plates.)

    Thanks much Charlie. The situation has deteriorated even further, the nurses said she has maybe a week, 2 weeks tops. I am expecting a phone call any time. I will pass on to Sandy your prayers. Again, thanks so much.
