Leg night 6/10

Couldn't do much tonight even though I wanted to! Experiencing some wrist pain and pulled a leg muscle (quad area) Decided not to push it - better safe and working out regularly on Monday than to push it and be out with an injury for longer.

Leg presses: 15x190, 10x210, 10x230
BB Lunges on Smith: 10x100, 10x120, 10x120
Seated Calf Raises: 10x125, 10x125, 10x125
That was all :(
