Leg Torture!!!

Ok, start of cycle #1 again, heavy, hard leg presses followed by whatever squats I can do with my legs like jelly.
Leg presses(feet low and close)
(warmup)....230x10,410x10
Sets....590x10,590x10,600x6,680x3(first time I ever did this!)
Leg presses(feet high and wide)
Sets...600x10,620x10,620x10(another first..doing 620 on my second and third set after all the other sets)
Leg presses(feet medium height and wide)
Sets....620x10,620x10,620x10(3 more sets of firsts!)
Squats..shoulder width stance(legs like jelly, so it is all I can do to even go up and down. Strength is there, but legs are shaky)
Sets....155x12,205x8,225x4(was afraid of my balance here so I stopped, strength was there)
Calves of seated leg press supersetted with toe raises with no weight.
Legs were smoking this morning!
*note to myself, raised calories a bit yesterday, 250, felt like I was ahead of myself in preparation, and wanted to slow things down just a bit, confuse my system and keep thyroid and metabolism honest.
