tried to get waveloading right this time ... made more sense.

played REAL tennis, with a person, for an hour and 15 min. i was serving so well...but it didn't help me much. i finished our 1-set match with only 6 aces, and i lost, 6-2. not an excuse, but i had tired legs. see above workout.
