Well, starting to push squats a bit more. Felt pretty good today. Still trying to "feel" my way on squats, taking it slow and easy coming back.

Leg presses(feet low on the pad and very close together)
Sets...10x5plates(45's) on each side,10x6pl.,9x6pl.

Extensions

Leg curls

Abductors and Adductors superset
15x115,15x120(each)

Calves
Standing toe raises with smith machine, aerobic step underneath
Sets...20x180,20x200
