Squats 205x10x3
Deadlifts 190x10x3
Lunges 135x10x3
Leg curl 90x10x3

Abs 2x10
Flat stomach
Slow up/Slow down
Push up hold

I was supposed to do romanian deadlifts. I did a couple reps and felt it in my back. I stopped, I wasn't about to injure myself. I will try it next week with light weight.
