LEGS

Well, I made it through another week..YIPPEE!!!This week seemed very challenging on the motivation part. I would say 2 of the workouts went well with intensity, but the others seemed to be missing something. I have been eating clean, and exercising regularly for 9 weeks now. I am feeling so much better now, compared to the start week of 8/23. One more week of disiplined workouts, and cardio sessions;then the planis to take a week to two weeks off of the lifting. I will continue to eat clean, it has become a lifestyle, plus I don't want to jepordize(sp) what I have worked so hard for...The ole ligiments,tendons, and joints are screaming at me to stop. One more week, one more week...I think I will up the calories a little more on workout days, see if that may help with focus and intensity.

No Weights until Monday, hope the 2 day break does me good.
I do plan on hitting the abs this weekend, and my son and I have about a 10 mile hike planned. We better make our backpacks light, because I think it will most likely be a 15-20 mile hike.
