Leg day with Brian...fun fun fun...
Leg ext 120X12, 140X12 DROP 160X8 140X8 120x8
I just realized we didn't do wallsits inbetween..how did I manage to get away with that?

shawn sqats 3 sets 15
ss
step ups with db's 3 sets 15'sX12
walking lunges 35lbs 3 sets all the way down and back...
looks easier than it was, lol.
will do cardio later ;)
