Legs

It has been a week since the surgery and today I finally felt back up to normal energy and strength in the gym :)
On wednesday I did get in one session of cardio 45 minutes elliptical, i was really wiped out and busy getting ready to work 4 days solid so i didn't do cardio twice.
thursday i got up at 4:30 and did arms...forgot my journal so i just kind of winged it, had a really good workout :) ten worked 8am til 10 pm so no cardio :(
Today I went in and did legs on my own and just kind of had fun with it..felt really good.
warmed up a little...then
single leg ext 2 sets to warm up
squats 95x12, 135X12, 185X10, 205X8, 215X8, 135X12
leg press single leg 1 set 90X12
leg press both kegs 270X12, 360X12, 450X10, 540x6 :( ti5red from squats I guess, lol
plyometric lunges with med ball - 3 sets 12, 10, 8 why anyone would choose to do jump lunges is beyond me. i think i am sick in the head. that felt like plenty ;)
working again from 12 til 9 or 10 so i doubt cardio will happen...but someone at the gym today said she was standing behind me and didn't recognize me because my a** had shrunk so much, lol. That will keep me on my meal plan today!
