It was brutal today, not sure why. maybe plyo and step aerobics and jump rope on wednesday? no idea but it wasn't fun at all....weights approximate...brian tracks it i just do it...

normally the leg ext aren't so bad and the wall sits suck..today the leg ext sucked and the wallsits were a breeze, mostly...

and more leg ext????wtf????? I WOULD RATHER DO WALKING LUNGES FOREVER THAN MORE LEG EXTENSIONS. ummm yeah. but my tear drop is getting bigger and more pronounced so...ummm brian knows best....
This afternoon...cardio. It is official. I am sick of cardio..that said, here is how my sick brain works...if you don't want to do it and you are bitching and whining and procrastinating...you increase the intensity and go as hard as you can...wtf???? where does that come from?????
So, level 8 now...supposedly torched 800 calories in my 45 minutes on the elliptical. rock and roll.
