Legs :)

Did 30 min additional cardio yesterday on the elliptical.

Leg day today was the best it has been in ages. I was tired going in, but i spent a lot of time in the past week trying to figure out how to think differently about that dropset on the leg press. i was so tired of feeling defeated by how hard it was. On the way to the gym today and right before the dropset I told myself I was unstoppable. When Brian asked if I realized which set we had reached I told myself it was the unstoppable set, instead of thinkng about how friggin hard it is. Came through with flying colors, strong throughout all the sets and reps :)

Not including warm-ups

Last set of the day was 25 squats over the bench where I had to touchdown each squat. It was tooo easy. I just did sets of 20-30 squats like that with the weighted bar on wednesday..so next week I will pay for that admission, I'm sure.

Just about to do my cardio - will do 45 minutes on the elliptical ;)
