I haven't been slacking! Just couldn't log on to update.
For 04-03-03
Took another day off from shoulders, still giving it a break until next week.
10 mins. eliptical warm-up, 133 cals. 1.15 miles.
Squats: 12x145, 10x190, 8x210, 6x235
20 decline crunches
Leg Raises: 12x95, 10x105, 8x120, 6x135 - all up 5 next week.
20 floor crunches
Leg Curls: 12x70, 10x75, 8x85, 7x100
15 Lying leg drops
** Neck still stiff, but getting better!
