I'm changing the way I record movements whereI use 2 dumbbells. I'm recording the weight of two dumbbells now where I was recording the weight of a single in each hand. Added a pair of 70 lb dumbbells to my stable today. They will be a challenge. I'll use get each movement up to 15 reps before I buy 80s. My legs are wobbly.

Dumbbell Squats  10x 100  lbs   10x 120 lbs  10x 140 lbs

Dumbbell  Lunges   10x 100  lbs   10x 120 lbs  10x 140 lbs

Standing Calf Raise  10x 100  lbs   10x 120 lbs  10x 140 lbs

dumbbell straight leg dead lift   10x 100  lbs   10x 120 lbs  10x 140 lbs

ball squat single leg   10x 100  lbs   10x 120 lbs  10x 140 lbs

single leg ball calf raise    10x 100  lbs   10x 120 lbs  10x 140 lbs

Crunches   no weight  4 sets of 20
 
Hypers  no weight  4 sets of 20
 
Lying Leg Raise  4 sets of 20

Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises  4 sets of 20

lying leg tucks 4 sets of 20

Superman Extensions 3 sets  1 minute
