Ham curls 70x10 90x10 110x10 130x7

BBcurls (desending set superset style littel rest between)
115x6 105x7 95x8 85x9 75x7
Preacher DB concentration curls 20x10 25x10
Alt DB curls 35x10 40x6 30x5

Highlights: Well legs was ok nothing special I really never got into the groove. Biceps are burned out! A little different but that is what they needed!

Lowlights Squats wanted higher weight but just could not get it!
