Highlights: Hit a milestone for after the surgery. I had planned to get 225x10 for squats in the next month or so and last night I got it!!!!!! IT was the hardest reps 7-10 that I have ever done.

Lowlights: Working with Tien is good, but he is very slow so doing legs takes a long time. SLDL were planned but ran out of time....
