Have been finding it hard to wake up in the morning. But today I made it and here is what happened:
Squats: 135x10(very slow) 185x10 225x10 275x4
Leg ext 85x10 110x10 130x10
Ham curls (machine) 70x12 90x12 110x10
Seated leg press calf raises 140x10 240x10 260x10 300x10 320x10 380x10
Dumbbell curls---supersetted with hammer curls
25x10/25x10 30x10/30x8 35x10/35x7 I went on for 2 more sets of curls 40x10 45x8
Barbell curls 65x8 85x9 105x6
Highlights: I did squats! all in all a great workout.
Lowlights: Got lightheaded during squats, I need to freaking eat! Also Wanted to hit 305 and above this week but ran outta gas!
