Didn't take my log book today. Wanted to take it easy (Mutt's advise), so I just did a light workout and lots of stretching. I hate to do that. Usually, I say give 110% or don't bother, but I went through the motions anyway...
4 sets of light squats
4 sets of light leg presses
4 sets of light leg curls
4 sets of light leg extensions (see the theme here...)
4 sets of light BB shoulder presses
4 sets of light DB laterals
4 sets of light DB front raises
Felt good. Joints were a little stiff at first, but I was able to work everything out-especially with the stretching.
