Squats-135x5 135x10 185x5 (these were ass to ground)
Standing Presses BB 135x5 145x4 155x1 (see lowlights)
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x10 495x5
Side lateral raises 25x10 30x10
Highlights:I had great form on the GM and know I had 205-225 for 5 reps in me, but as I have not done them in a long time I held back....also wanted more reps.
Lowlights: OK I had to wait about 15 mins for the Effin rack, at least it was being used for what it was meant. Anyway, I got the Gm done and a guy there I know wanted to use it for squats so instead of a box squat routine for me I worked in with him and did a few reg sets. THEN ANOTHER person came up and wanted to do squats so I shared it with him while I did the presses. Problem was he has the bar lower than i need for th presses/ So the whole Pressing work was "off" a bit for me.
