Standing SH press(off the floor) 95x10 115x5 135x5 155x5 135x8ASPR 115x10

Highlights:Hit 225x1 on GM next week it will be sets of 1 rep for that then the following week sets of 5. Also threw in DL as I fetl like it and the rack was taken.

Lowlights: the rack was in use so I could not do shrugs so I dropped them will do next week.
