Smith Machine SH PRess I did 4 sets not sure of weight so I am not recording it I did one set with no weight to see is my left delt was going to act up. Then added 25 to each side then 35 then 45 then a 10.
Lowlight: a YMCA "trainer" just had to train her client right next to the rack and this was the New Y so it is small.....argh.
