Highlights: Got 315x1 275x3 and 225x10 for my last sets of squats. ALso good range of Motion for all sets of shrugs.

Lowlights: Wanted 3 more sets of 1 on the Standing Presses did not have it in me.

NOTE: so there I was resting for my last set of shrugs 585 on the bar. This guy I have never seen comes up and asks how much it was. I told him 585. He then argues with me that it was 615. Then he asks how much I pull (deadlift). I told him my best was 475. He then tells me that in the "day" he was pulling 800 and he could do the 585 now. Then he starts on how I am doing the DL training wrong and that to get a better lift all I need are hyperextensions. UGH!!!!
