Highlights: 275x6 I know for some that is not alot but it has been bout a month since I got a chance to really train legs. I was pumped to say the least. Next week look out. I liked doing the 2 sets of 185 and 225. I felt so strong on those.
Lowlights: the gout is still hanging on but I should be able to hit cardio tomorrow!
