squats:
10 x 115, 8 x 120, 6 x 125, 6 x 135

bb lunges:
10 x 55, 8 x 60, 6 x 65, 6 x 75

single-leg calf raises:
3 x 15

seated calf raises:
3 x 15 x 70

reverse dead bugs:
2 x 10

planks:
10 x 10 sec hold

biked home. no rain today. spiking insulin.
