Legs sans coffee boost...

No time to make a pot of coffee this morning--have been drinking a cup before, during and after workout, but today I had to wait until I could stop at Starbucks on the way to work. I used to do it that way all the time, don't remember feeling SO tired.
Not paying attention, forgot we were doing 4 sets starting with 15 reps. Plus, another woman who was watching us wanted to try doing squats, so we let her in and I ended up talking to her too long.
Squats: 12x105,10x110,10x115
Walking lunges: 3 sets 15x50 each
Jump squats: 3 sets of 15 (these are getting easy! fun, almost, except we did these in the cardio room in front of a mirror and I kept focusing on the jiggly inner thigh junk, eew)
Step ups: 3 sets, 12x50,10x50,12x50
No cardio today...but I did get in 32 minutes on the treadmill last night.
