legs, stability - 11/12

i'm trying to get to the gym more than twice a week right now, but it's a little difficult. working on that....did legs today.
box squats:
10 x 95, 8 x 105, 6 x 110, 6 x 110
bb lunges:
10 x 75, 8 x 75, 2 x 6 x 75
standing calf raises:
3 x 12 x 105
leg raises w/overhead medicine ball lift:
2 x 10 x 4-lb ball
sit ups w/medicine ball throw:
2 x 10 x 6-lb ball
reverse dead bugs:
2 x 10
17 minutes of trying to figure out the heart rate interval program on the bike without success. i drove to the gym today because houston's weather sucks right now.
