today, to avoid being told i can't get on the train with my bike, i rode four stops ahead to where most people get off and it's not crowded anymore. it's four stops ahead of where i usually get on, and only three stops away from where i get off. i should've saved a buck on my q-card and just ridden my bike the extra three stops.
7.5 total miles on the bike before working out.
now for the workout...
single-leg squats on smith machine:
2 x 10 x 17, 10 x 27
lunges holding 10-lb plate at arm's length:
3 x 10 x 10
sl deadlifts:
3 x 10 x 90
calf raises:
3 x 15 x 90
side tosses against wall superset with wall sits:
3 x 10 x 8, 3 x 30 sec
box jumps:
3 x 20
reverse dead bugs:
2 x 10
leg raises w/4-lb medicine ball overhead lift:
2 x 10
sit up medicine ball throws:
3 x 10 x 6
i biked home and then had to turn around and ride at a sprint to my office (3.5 miles away) to make a meeting i forgot about. i'm really, really tired.
i also went to the doctor today, where i weighed in at a whopping ... 166.8 lbs. that equals my lowest since 2006. i then had a fasting blood glucose test to see if i have diabetes. get excited. not.
