Thanks Mutt....I was a little worried about trying over 355. The last time I did, my knee went to hell a day or two afterwards. 5 reps seems to be the best for my ole joints right now, I feel the reps where I am suppose to, and anymore would probably kill the ole knee joint. Time will tell, hope to up the reps someday. Knock on wood, but Prolotherapy earlier this year has seemed to help strengthen the tendons/ligaments.
